Negative feedback/ timewasters

Can you please allow us to block or put timewasters and customers who we have dealt with and had bad experiences into a block box or some kind of blacklist for the user in the app as i have had this happen frequent amount of times.

Ever seller has a block bidders list .

I know but its quite non specific say someone messes you around and is a timewaster you can block them in the future
