Is it the FVFs for the Bowie knife you sold on 4/20? And did you pull the funds from PayPal, with (maybe) PayPal being the method of your 'One-time' payment? Note: I see that now you're in MP, but then you were with PayPal.
If so, you'll need to put the $11.20 back in PayPal or use another payment method for the $11.20.
