This is one of two topics posted by this member with similar titles, but no info about what kind of update they are looking for. Maybe it is an App update, but it could be a purchase or tracking update they are looking for.

At least you covered the App update, which could be what they need. Hopefully, they will let us know one way or another.

Not when you see the poster is in the UK and look at the timestamp.

Then again, maybe it's just me because I've replied to probably 150-200 posts like this in the past day and a half.
