Hey so I been retrying to return the item but the eBay app won’t let me print the label I screenshot the label so I can print it out a different way but how do I continue it on the app so I can get my refund

@damon-7018 - I'm sorry to hear that! What is happening when you're trying to print the label through the return? Are the buttons greyed out or something else? Would you mind sending a screenshot here of the screen?
