My bids page not working

Hello

i have an 8 plus iPhone and when I use the eBay app to check on my bids , whenever I try to scroll down the page freezes everything disappears and then it says I don’t have any items that I’m bidding on. Please help

I apologise for jumping on to someone else’s problem but I have followed your advice and I am still having the same problem. My bids page on iPhone 8 still won’t work if I try to move the page down. I get the same message as everyone else. I have signed out multiple times. I have even deleted the app but it’s still doing the same thing.
