For a few weeks I have been having issues with the eBay app. First off, I cannot find where to report technical issues through the app (only issues to report are with buying, selling, posting, etc....). It's probably there but has not been easy for me to find.
When searching for items, the search bar reverts back to the first thing searched so even though I just searched Ertl Case Tractor, the search will say Size 15 Mens Saucony Guide. If I want to alter my search by one word I have to delete and retype my current search topic (cannot edit). I cannot hold the backspace down and delete the search. It will only delete one character for every time the backspace is tapped.
When searching a number, I change my keyboard to get to numbers and once I have typed one number it reverts to the letters only keyboard again. This is extremely difficulty when searching by product numbers. I have seen online that there are others struggling with this situation. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app to no avail. At this point, I will delete the app and use the browser only.
