Well, it says 'Processing' until it goes to 'Completed'... which means it's been transferred to your bank. And, no... there's no money going to PayPal or a card immediately ever again with Managed Payments.
I've been in MP since August, 2019 and my buyer's payment is my bank deposit in 4 business days. You may also be under a New Seller 21-Day hold. Don't worry... it'll eventually come. Hang in there.
