Money not depositing into my paypal

My money for sales is not depositing into my PayPal. This has caused me to hold on shipping my orders. Why isn’t the cash going into thr account at time of purchase?

You have to wait 21 days to available your balance on PayPal.

Since you've been migrated to Managed Payments, your funds will never go to PayPal again. Look for monies in your attached bank account. I experience 4 business days from buyer's payment to bank deposit. Good luck.

Edit: You can pay for shipping from Pending Payouts... change your preference at the bottom of the label page.
