Hi eBay, I have 2 suggestions for your mobile app. These would really help with work productivity on the go. We are not always at the desk and need to answer our customers in a timely manner.
1. The ability to attach photos to message replies. Customers want to see additional photos and we have to wait to be at the desk rather than attach and send on mobile app from our phone photo library.
2. The ability to edit select item details from the mobile app. If we lower the price or need to change something in the item description it would be great to do it on the go so the customer can buy rather than wait for us to be back at the desk.
