Missing Views

All of our items that had views last night have 0 views this morning. My app is IOS and my partners is Android. What’s gone wrong? Not very helpful when you have offers you can’t see how many views to aid your decision. Please reinstate it. This happened overnight neither app has updated overnight.

Whoa, I was just jumping on to report this very issue. All of the items on my store page have reverted to 0 views. This happened within the last hour. The number of watchers is still the same, and I have items (that previously had a bunch of views prior to an hour ago) that say "0 views, 10 watchers".

To clarify, this is on PC, not iOS.

Rather odd. I'd assume a bug, but it seems that you were affected long before I was. That means this isn't just a momentary glitch.

I have the same issue - every item has 0 page views, auctions and BINs, and many have watchers. I saw views a couple of days ago, as best I can recall, but now nada on everything 😞 Hopefully they can reload the previous numbers ...

I have the same issue.  Plus everything in my traffic page is zero with the only exception being number of items sold.

Watchers are still there.  This is on PC in the Opera and Chrome browsers as well as on the Android app on my phone.  I made sure that I was properly logged in.

yes: me too. 0 views on all listings.

Has anyone found out what happened and how thus is affecting our listings? I had the same thing happen.

The issue seems to have sorted itself out when they came back online in the US. All okay now
