Messages not send in the app

My messages are not sending in the app.

Mine are not either.   This is making it very difficult.  Buyers are able to message me it seems like with no problems.   I cannot message them back or initiate a message at all to them.   It tells me to turn on classic view however that deletes all messages and I see nothing.   I am an iphone user.

Try using a browser in classic or desktop mode instead of the app to send your message.
