For three days I have been having issues with opening messages on the app. In order to read a message I have to exit the message several times and then when I am able to respond it just buffers and will not go back to the message page. I have to check my messages on my laptop to confirm that my response has been sent. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no success. I have a galaxy note 10+ and my app is up to date.

When you say you have uninstalled and re-installed, did you restart your device in between? That helps to ensure a clean install.
If you have tried that and you have the latest version (5.42.0.8), and you still have an issue, I am not sure what is left to try at that point.

Thanks for getting back to us. Did you do any reinstalling or just a restart of the phone?
