I was replied in writing by a eBay assigned mentor - seller there is “set limit on how many messages we can send to eBay sellers” but no actual number was given. I still don’t have this ability and resorting to other means to get product information and purchases.
Compliant: I tried to send a simple questions before I buy a product to many sellers… eBay clearly is blocking buyers with a message policy statement … not a Message Error Message as mentor suggested.
