The eBay mobile app isn’t syncing with the current information available on the desktop website relevant to the transaction associated with my account. I’ve signed in and out of the eBay app and website multiple times. Including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. None of which has led to a successful outcome in amending discrepancies visible on the eBay app but accurate on the desktop website. Has anyone experienced the same and determined a way to resolve it?
