I accidentally deleted the EBay icon and I’m not able to get it back. When I go to the App Store the only option I’m given is to open the App. What do I need to do to get the icon back?

It's there on your device, you just have to find where you accidentally moved it. Swipe right through your pages of apps and look in folders.
I find it helpful to keep a few folders on my main screen and organize apps by type. Maybe something like that could work for you.
