Login Failiure for both iOS and Android

There is an issue I am experiencing with my account where I can not log in from any phone using the app. It has approximately been 5 months since this issue. I can only log in via a browser (phone or computer). I've contacted eBay support twice and they both told me they opened a ticket. It's been three months. I have PM'd a forum Moderator who responded to a similar issue a year ago with another user, it has been a week and no response.  I am certain it has something to do with my account in the database. If a technician can just check my account and see if it looks normal or if there is a conflict in any of the related data of my account. Again this issue is not due to any specific phone, or app version, or internet. It specifically has t do with the account. Because I can create a new account and login to the app just fine with a new account.
