Logging in

I cannot login as of last night as a seller. Anyone know how to fix this. I have cleared cache and hard restarted my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I’m lost.

What operating system version number, and which app version number?

 

Any difference if you uninstall the app, restart your device, then reinstall the app?

 

Try using a browser instead of the app.

What method are you using to log in @jaybees ? If you're using something like face ID or google login or anything like that, try logging in with your eBay ID and password.

 

Which OS version are you using and which login method are you using?

I am illiterate when it comes to all that. I have tried just typing everything in. I have cleared cache I have hard restarted my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app probably 10 times. I am updated on iOS 18.6. Doesn’t give me an error just says something went wrong.

If you have not done so, try uninstalling the app, then restarting your phone. Then try installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install. If a previous installation did not finish cleanly, that could prevent new updates from installing.
