Hi,
On my side, it seems that I can’t log in the mobile eBay app on iOS.
Updated phone and app to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the app, the issue still persist.
Logging in a web browser (Safari) works, but after clicking on “Open in app”, the eBay mobile app still doesn’t load nor log in.
Tried shaking the phone to “Report technical problem” but the prompt keeps loading indefinitely.
Is there a fix in future version for this issue?

In this order: 1. delete the app, 2. reboot your phone, 3. do a clean install of the app.
If that doesn't work, click the ? on the bottom right corner of the website to report a tech issue and be specific that your problem is with the app.
