Cannot sign in on app

I’m using my iPhone 17pro, iOS 26.

cannot sign into eBay app, the Home Screen also will not load.  I have deleted app and re downloaded with same result.  However, I am able to sign in through the browser.

Cannot sign in on app

If you have not already done so, try uninstalling the eBay app, then restarting your device, and then reinstall the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active.

@ric_agnello

If uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling does not help, app issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active even if you are not signed in.

Cannot sign in on app

Hi,

I followed those steps and the issue still persist (cannot sign in inside the eBay iOS App).

Shaking the device does bring up the “Report Technical Problem” prompt, but it loads indefinitely.

Signing in on Safari and clicking on “Open in app” does not help either.

I did not have this problem on prior version (before iOS 26 announcement).

Is there a fix in future version?

Thx.

If the app is not working, choose "Don't open in app" to use the browser instead.
