Loading so slow its Unusable!

Hi.

The eBay app on Android has been ridiculously slow over recent weeks.

Running S8 on Android 8.0.0

Searches are slow, page text load is slow... the worst issues are with images though. Unusable slow to load and when in an item page the image gallery fails to load 8/10 times and is glitchy in which images it will display.

Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled... only eBay app acting like this.

Any help much appreciated as I use eBay a LOT to purchase items for community projects. Without good access on mobile it's going to be useless to me.

You mentioned that you cleared the cache -- have you tried clearing data, too?

Did you shut down your phone in between uninstalling and reinstalling?

Those are all the standard things to try. If you have tried all that and it does not help, about the only thing left to try is to volunteer for the beta testing program. See this message:
