Loading purchases

Trying to load purchases they will not come up. Have tried everything nothing is working please help.

Think this has been a glitch for a while, they are working on it apparently

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.

You can also try viewing your Purchase History using a mobile browser.

Or try requesting the desktop site version of the page in your mobile browser and then try viewing your Purchase History or your Summary page to see your orders there.
