Listings not showing views...

Is anyone else having trouble with the number of views not showing up on your listings?  I noticed this a few days ago.  Some items I've had listed for quite a while and had hundreds of views and now all my listings are at 0 views.

I'm with you.  Do you have any recommendations for an alternative?  Like Bonanza?  Have you heard good things?  I really really can't believe some of my items have not sold when usually do pretty quickly.

Any suggestions for alternatives would be greatly appreciated!

You see, eBay, this is why there is something called 'versioning' in software. If you break something, you can roll it back until and work on a fix. This is a disaster. No views and no sales = moving to another venue if this doesn't get fixed pretty soon. It should be clear by now that it doesn't pay to cut corners by being unwilling to pay a good wage to proven good software engineers.

I've decided to stop selling on ebay until this is fixed.  I have 0 items listed now.  I'll be monitoring this thread for updates.

I have been having this problem for 3 weeks plus.  I have 25 listings and 20 have no views.  Many have been listed for 2 to 3 weeks.  3 days ago, a few of my listings came back with views, today they are gone.  It's hard to believe why this problem persists.  Very strange.  I wonder how many Ebay sellers are having the same problem?

Same here. Thought it was my phone. My page on the computer also is not working right. I have to refresh at least 3 times to see how many views I have had

Here we are several weeks later and the problem has still not been addressed.  The filters for women's tops have disappeared and my listings disappeared with them.  I used my "free" listings to list these items but they didn't show up anywhere - no matter how I searched for them.  I couldn't understand why I had zero views until I searched for them and found they didn't appear anywhere.  My "free" listings aren't worth anything if nothing gets listed.  Not to mention, summer time is passing by quickly and my summer tops won't be interesting to customers after the temperatures start to drop.  Any idea how long these issues will take to fix?

Same here. No views, just lines.

Agree with the listings. I listed a ton of items on 2 accounts, nothing.

I am fed up with creating new listings just to see them roll off with no views and no sales.
I no longer believe most of my items are even being seen. If they are, then I have no idea what is going on. It isn't what I sell.

I have no idea what they are doing, but all the free listings in the World won't help anyone if they are not being indexed correctly.

I have free listings now. I have no motivation to list. It's depressing. Working on my stores on other sites. eBay has pretty much flatlined for me except for couple of sales I KNEW I would make, because I had the only one of that item on eBay.

Sad to know so many people here are in serious trouble right now because of all the eBay changes. I am, and I am not alone. I don't see any sunshine on the horizon either, it just keeps getting worse and worse for some of us. I am one of the some of us.

And part of me thinks every time I post here, eBay punishes me for complaining. Anyone else feel like posting here is risky? I guess I no longer care, I don't see eBay improving for me. I hope it gets better for everyone, if your sales are like mine, I feel for you 😞
