For some reason since the beginning of yesterday, four of my most popular listings have been hidden from my profile on the mobile app and every time a repeat buyer tries to buy it again from the mobile app it displays a message saying “this item cannot be bought from the app, add it to the watchlist”, considering all my listings have sold well over 200 and some even over 1000, in the last 2 days this has cost me a minimum of £200-300 just by going off my average sales, support does not seem to be helping at all with no fix to my problem, no changes to my account settings have been made that blocks buyers and it’s not just one buyer having the issue it’s all of the mobile users and this isn’t even taking into account all the new sellers that can’t even see my listings which are usually the top listings displayed by searches.

Can you provide the item numbers?
We can check and let you know if we spot anything that might be causing the problem, though keep in mind this is the US forum so if the issue is UK-specific you may want to post your question on the UK Community.

I see seven current listings for you. And I, in the US, see no barriers to my being able to purchase.
However, am using a desktop computer.
Since you're in the UK, maybe you should ask your question on the UK Board.

its only the mobile app that I am having this problem on, listings are displayed and able to be bought from the website perfectly fine as before.

Maybe it's the digital items you don't own or have the rights to sell.

Why are they able to be bought on the website if that was the case.

Don't know why they can be bought/sold anywhere, since the game doesn't allow it.
There was a post a couple days ago, where they were receiving the same message, the item couldn't be bought through the app.
Don't remember where the buyer was located or what the item was?

Typically no video game merchandise is allowed to be sold, yet it is probably one of the biggest sources of income for eBay, and it seems it’s only my listing that this has occurred to, numerous other people still have the same type of listings up and available.

This happened to my listing too and I lost so much traffic and sales and customers...

Since you don't own the digital items, you shouldn't be selling them.
Maybe one day, they'll shut them all down.

They need to shut them all down.
