I am a seller on eBay and use my iPad for my business. Your app made things easier, when it worked. I have deleted the app then reinstall on a daily basis and for several weeks now everything freezes when I get to the what has sold page. Then it does not show me what has sold, at this point, it’s frozen, no matter what I try to do, hit other buttons etc…..my iPad is up to date, there is no reason for this. Now I have to go through browser which makes things incredibly hard and time consuming and has a high battery consumption. Making my job very hard. Help..please fix

I am having similar issues. My iPad is a reasonably recent iPad M1 Pro. The eBay app completely crashes about every 10th item I open. Sometimes more often. Like you, I have completely deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Their developers really need to look into the iPad issues with the app.
I have zero issues with eBay on my iPhone.

I'm not sure of your model, but many older devices are not working correctly because the OS is no longer supported by the manufacturer.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the better chance eBay will pick up on it and fix it.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

By any chance, do any of you use a physical keyboard with your iPad and the eBay app?
