I have ran my business for over 5 years on the app. But the last year the app has failed me. I used to be the apps biggest fan. When I list on the app some information doesn't populate when I go look at it on the ebay website on the computer. This also happens when I revise listings. Like today I tried revising my listings for handling time. When I went on the website on the computer it didn't have that I accepted PayPal, changed my shipping from first class to parcel select, and cleared my return policy. I have the newest and best android phone so the app should work for me like it has in years past. Please fix the app so you can use it and not have to go fix things on the website.

Thanks for posting here. We would like to look into some of these issues. Can you let us know what information is not populating in the app that you then see on the desktop?

Hi sorry it took so long to get back to you. I just saw this reply. The biggest problem with the app is when I list on the app I put best offer on all of my listings.... ITEMS i have listed on the app always have will auto accept offer and the price is always populated as half my price. I NEVER put automatically accept offers on my listings because I like to have the choice. But when I list on the desktop site this doesn't happen. I accept most offers but I want the choice not have ebay make the choice for me. Thank you
