I am being told to update eBay even though I'm running latest version of eBay. Yes, I have already tried uninstalling the app, clearing the cache and data on google play services and then play store and then reinstalling the app but it didn't work. I'm running Android Version 7.0

I am having the exact same issue. Android 9.0, June 1, 2019 security patch on OnePlus 6T. App freshly installed from play store.

I have taken the following steps without success. Google play services latest version installed, clear cache and data. Play store latest version Clea cache and data. eBay app latest version clear cache and data. However app will not load. Please advise.
