Latest Android eBay App crashing my Lollipop device

Hello, all

I have problem with the latest Android eBay app when I try to install it on my older android 5.1  (Lollipop) device. (moto nexus 5).

The app, right after installation, crashes the device forcing it into boot loop. Device never properly boots and auto-reboots nonstop. Any similar issues?

using android lollipop, same problem, not just on ebay...RCA tablet

Crashes and boot loops on my phone running android 6.0. Had to do a hard reset and lose everything. Downloaded it fresh and it wouldn't open and I started getting error messages again so I uninstalled it before it boot looped again. I called ebay and was told it was not the app update but my phone and that I would need to buy another phone.
