LG-G5 Android Version 6.0.1 Not Working

I have an older LG-G5 that the ebay app works wonderfully on. 7.0 Android version / Software version H82020o / Security software version MDF v2.0 Release 4.

When the above phone broke, I purchased another LG G5 that the ebay app does not work on.

Both phones are LG-H820.

The newer phone I got has the below specs and even though it is older than the above, it is new to me.

Android version 6.0.1

Software version H82010c

Security software version MDF v2.0 Release 2

Any ideas as to what I need to do for your app to operate on this newer phone I bought that is running the android 6.0.1 version??

I have this same phone running the same software. The EBay APP crashes as soon as I open it. Tried uninstall/reinstall. What did you do to fix this problem?  12-April-2020

Please uninstall the app, reboot the device and install the latest version released this week.
