Keyboard not showing up when making offers

Keyboard does not appear when mashing 3 or replying to an offer, neither for the value not for message with the offer.

All other buttons work fine

Keyboard works fine when replying to messages or writing description.

eBay app updated to the latest version this morning. Problem still exists.

Thanks for the report. Could you post a screen shot of the offer screen you are in. Is the keyboard showing up? Do you happen to have TalkBack turned on your device?

When I click make an offer the number don't come up. I have to click on the page over and over again and eventually the numbers will appear

Thanks for the reports. We have recently made some changes in regards to accessibility / TalkBack with the Best Offer entry screen.

When you land on the offer screen, swiping right should cycle through the fields until you get to the entry field.

No it doesn't help.

Do you test changes before releasing it to the public?

It seems like were in a bloody beta program, but I can't see any new features since I left Android few years ago!

And I have not encountered a single app with so many bugs.

This is a multi billion company. You should be ashamed how you treat your customers.

Nothing happens. This happens also when selecting shipping preferences. I need to reload the screen at least once or twice to get choices.

eBay on one hand is desperately trying to increase sales by offering £1 sale fees and ignoring users on the other hand by not fixing fundamental issues.

could anyone please explain to me why is this post accepted as a solution?

This DOES NOT WORK and appearance of keyboard is random. It used to appear every now and then but it no longer does.

I can't make or respond to any offers and already lost three sales / purchases
