Keep getting offers for random items

Normally I would get offers from Sellers for items I've added to my watch list. Recently I've gotten a bunch from just random Sellers, spamming me with offers to buy items I'm not even interested in. There's no way to block it or turn it off, is this a terrible feature or just an annoying bug?

Thanks for reaching out here. Do you know if these were items you had looked at in the past? If you could send us some item # or screen shots of the items you are getting offers for to iosfeedback@ebay.com we can look into why you are getting these.
