I made a purchase for a Tesla radio for a 2014 ram 2500 a year ago but cannot retrieve any information about problems I may have

Mainly because this is eBay, a place that sells second hand items. After a year or even less not much you can do re problems, warranty, information.  Maybe buy from a dealer next time and ask for a warranty.   I've had a new golf club break on me, Tayormade and Golf Town both said you got it from eBay, you have no warranty, sorry.

Certainly not the best place if you are looking for waranty. If item is widely accessible and around the same price as in the store - pick your local retailer and get warranty with the purchase.

Ebay is mostly for vintage, unique, hard to get items in your location, used goods for better price, etc.
