I have an item that is stuck (see first screen shot)... It keeps saying that it's ready to ship on my home screen, when I don't actually have any items waiting to ship. This item has already been shipped. It only shows this in the app, not on the desktop site. Is there any way to clear this up? I have already tried reinstalling the app. It's been like this for a week.

Is your tracking number uploaded? Can you "mark item shipped" through the app as we can through the desktop?

If I tap on the message, it says that there are no items to ship out. So I'm not sure where I would upload the tracking to. I have sold multiples of the same item and I print labels through eBay.

Is it marked as shipped on the desktop? If it is then I would say that there is yet another glitch in the app.

Thanks for the report. We will look into why this is stuck for your account. You can also swipe on the notification and you should be able to delete it from the home screen.
