I prepare drafts of my listings (usually 25 to 50) and then take pictures on my phone. I then upload the pictures directly to the draft from the phone. This has worked for 1000's of listings. Yesterday the system started deleting my item specifics when I upload the picture. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening? Is there a fix? Thanks.

I just came to post that I'm having the same exact issue. I always upload the photos to my drafts from my phone. Have been listing this same exact way for years and never had an issue until this past few days.

Bumping this. Still no fix. There has to be others having this problem? Takes me twice as long to list now. Really annoying issue.

I'm having the same problem, I've researched for hours, to realize I've wasted my day. I should have just fill all of them out individually because I can not add the pictures later with out the ad changing. Tomorrow I'll have to do everything the hard way. This takes forever and I can not get enough ads up this way. Ebay please fix this!

Hi @moosepartsllc! There is a known issue some are experiencing where they start listing in one tool and then update it on another. Just to clarify, are you creating the draft on the desktop website and then adding images to it via the app?
