Item Specifics not on my app or mobile site

I tried adding a vinyl record to sell and it keeps asking for item specifics such as Industry.  When you click on item specifics, Industry is not there to add it.

That’s only if I’m changing the category.  If I copy from another listing and don’t change the category, it works fine
