With the most recent iOS update there are a number of issues that really need to get resolved! Sellers are not happy and talking about these issues quite a bit in all the seller groups!
Problems:
1. MOST IMPORTANT - when trying to add photos on the app photos are loaded oldest first, and it takes forever to scroll through, making listing take a lot longer for sellers
2. Also with photos - when you select the ones you want on the bottom row (since that is how they show up now) the blue button that says to add your photos covers the actual photos - and if you're selecting photos too fast you hit that and then have to scroll allllllll the way through photos again to get the ones the button covered (if you select slowly you have to scroll the list to be higher than the button - still not good)
3. If you make a listing on a computer then load it on the app, without even changing anything it keeps turning on best offer - sellers are not sure if this is a sly trick to get us to use this or if it is a glitch... but it's bad and annoying and again takes longer to list
4. Promotional listing settings get turned off - if you turn ON a promotional percentage on the computer and then complete the listing on the phone, the promotional percent you set gets removed and you have to set it again.... this we all think eBay would want to make sure it stays on
#1 and 2 are top priority - I noticed #3 and 4 happened in the previous version also.
