Is there an issue with contacting the seller, and/or purchased items showing as shipped? Shipped and no tracking number? I’ ve never had a problem in these areas before, but, in the last 5 or 6 days, no shipping data and only one-side conversation with seller.

In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. If/when that date arrives, and you've not received your purchase, you have 30 days to open an item not received case.
There is nothing you can do before that and there is no reason or need to have a conversation with the seller.

No, there is no tracking number or delivery date. It’s only marked as shipped. The seller claimed he needed extra time to find a good box to ship the item, which I gave him. It finally showed as shipped on 8 February. Now, I have repeatedly asked the seller for a shipping/tracking number, and i received ve no answer.

Sellers are not required to provide tracking numbers.
Tracking is to protect the seller, buyers have the MBG to cover them.
Check your purchase history for the estimated delivery date.
