I hope others in this thread will speak up. We are now in the holiday shopping season and these issues need to be fixed ASAP. I still can’t access areas of eBay that are important for business tracking as well as providing customer service to my buyers. What is taking so long for this to be fixed?

I hear ya labs. They had it fixed a few days ago and then it reverted back. Not sure why this is taking so long. eBay has raised fees, changed policies for returns, etc, only to provide service like this to sellers. It’s disappointing considering eBay wants us sellers to take care of our customers instantly but we have waited a couple months for a fix to our selling platform. Will we get compensated for our headache? I still think we should get our selling fees reimbursed for helping eBay find this problem. Give a “helpful” if you agree....

I was told to do this and it works. EBay said it would post this but looks like they never did. Pull down on your screen within Safari to lift up the tool bar and you will see that box with the arrow pointing up. Click that and scroll to “Request Desktop Site”. This works for me. I wasnt able to attach photos to show the process but if you search the web for how to request desktop site on iPhone it will explain it better than I did. If you close your browser, you may need to do this step again.
