Ipad app keeps asking to update

I have updated my apps and on my iPad I keep getting the message to update my app but there is no update to get and then I can not get into the eBay app as it just closes

What operating system are you using?

If your operating system does not support the eBay app and you cannot upgrade your OS, delete the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

I am using the most updated of  OS15.8.3

You need at least OS16 to be able to use the eBay app.

Delete the app and use a browser.
