Images won’t load in APP

Anyone else seeing this?  Haven’t seen images for 3 days.  I’ve deleted, signed out, reinstalled, restarted iOS, etc… frustrating

Which app? IOS or Android?

I have no problem seeing images in the Android app.

Can you see images if you use a mobile browser? If not, the issue may not be with the app.

If you have not already tried it, try uninstalling the app, then restart your phone, then install the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system version. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, if the problem was with a previous installation not finishing cleanly.

Definitely an app issue.  I can see images via the browser.  I tried the uninstall, restart, new install with no luck.  Verified iOS and eBay app are current version too…

App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active.

They’re not loading properly on the webpage either, just seem to keep reloading and refreshing the page. Also asking for my login but telling me it wasn’t recognised (despite having other tabs open). This is using safari and an up to date iOS.  It just feels like this business is dying and they’re not maintaining things properly.
