Image search not working

If I open the eBay app alone 

I can search images but not crop(edit)  what I want the app to search to make results more accurate 

So first I must go to my image gallery app 

Select picture 

Then Open the eBay app through the image gallery

And after I minimise the box so I can search 

The eBay app immediately crashes 

This wasnt happening to me at first 

I always opened my image gallery and used the eBay app through it 

I own a droid force Moto z
