I want my money back

I did buy a Valentino shoes I return the item by my self eBay didn’t give me the option to send the tracking number so here it is

 so the seller no respond and I want my money back I return the item on Friday 5 March 2021 for priority

Did you first open a return request before you returned these shoes? 

If you did, you could have had the option to either use an eBay generated label or you are supposed to input the tracking number in the return request.

...this makes me think that you did not open a return request first.

Did you file for a return or just ship them back?

If you filed for a return, you need to upload the tracking number in the return.
