Make sure your location and time zone settings are still correct.

Check your device's time settings here:

If you are unable to use the eBay app, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com. You may have to tap and hold an eBay browser link to prevent it from opening in the app automatically.

Check the app again after the next update to see if that changes anything.

Hi @aramhakobyan004661 . The screenshot gives you the exact directions you need to follow:

Tap the gear icon on your phone for Settings. Then tap General, then scroll down to Date & Time. Check your settings there.
