I can’t seem to contact buyer in latest app

Can someone help me please? I can’t seem to message a buyer in the latest app version of ebay.

What happens when you try to send a message to your buyer?

Are you sending a new message or replying to an old one? Trying the other way might work better.

Is the user still registered? If not, you will not be able to send a message.

Are you able to send a message using a browser instead of the app?

Thank you for your reply. It is a seller who bought something from me and I dispatched it last week.  I can reply to messages in the app, but I cannot create one (in the app) by going to the sold item and pressing ‘contact buyer’.

no issues using webpage of mobile browser.  It is just with the layout of the new app.

When I Click on contact buyer, i get this page on the app. No space or area for typing or sending a message

I have the same problem!!! It's driving me crazy, before I would select contact buyer and it automatically starts to send a message now I get their useless profile screen?!!!
