I can’t get EBay to call me back

I have almost 8,000 feedbacks and try to get a hold a live agent but doesn’t happen. They say you will call in X minutes but no call. Get an email saying I didn’t answer?...... my phone never ring from EBay. That’s very frustrating. Help me with this problem. Bottom line I get NO help from a live agent. Just requested a call says I will get one within two minutes and it’s now been 10 minutes NO CALL? Like I said I will get notification saying I did’t answer your return call??? Very frustrating. I looked at my account and changed it to my cellphone. Please respond!

I have asked a moderator to remove your phone number, please be very aware of any phone calls you receive as this is a public forum and scammers will jump on a chance like this by calling you with any number of reasons asking for personal details.

If you are having a problem ask your question here any many experienced eBay may be able to help you

To have a moderator erase my telephone number. How about you have the moderator CALL me. Texting/emails are a waist of time. Ebay has lost a tremendous amount of comfort that you have given me a solution. Call me live and if I don't answer leave a number to return the call. I delete quite a few telephone numbers that I delete because a labeled "Spam". Send me a number I WILL get a live person at EBAY. It's simple please just call and perhaps text me the number that will call me so I don't delete.
