I bought and paid for something. It's been delivered, but the eBay app insists I still need to pay.

Screenshots attached. The app is the most recent version. I cleared the app's cache/data, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Customer support verified that I did indeed pay for the listing, but there's a bug with the app. Thanks for your time.
