How to delete items from "buy again"?

I don't see a way to delete items from "buy again" suggestions. I can "hide" them in the order history, but they still show up buy again. Can you help?

That’s because as far as I can tell, there is no way to do this. I called eBay and they couldn’t figure out a way to do it or at least the person on the other end didn’t know how maybe someday someone will figure it out and share it with the rest of Us until then I guess we just try and figure it out ourselves success to you!
