How to combine shipping from phone app

I have a customer who wants 27 of my items, every time she tries on her phone there is no combine shipping button just confirm and pay and she has no computer. What can she do?

I have had a similar experience so I just made the buyer a special listing of all the items they wanted combined in one listing with the correct combined shipping and then sent them the link so the could just buy now and pay.

I have let my buyer know that this will work, I will see now if she does it or not. Thank you for that great idea.

I have done all of the following when that happens.

1. Let the buyer know that they can't do it on a smart phone. I will ask them if they have a access to a lap top or desk top pc. If they do buy the items thru there.

2. On a phone you scroll to the bottom of the Ebay web page and click on the link "Classic Site".

3. If none of the above works then I will make a special listing.

Also, if you create shipping discount rules in Business Policies and use them for the listings this will eliminate the need to do the above.

Can't you just send her a combined invoice?? Unless you have your items listed as pay immediately with buy it now. When someone purchases multiple items from me they all are grouped together under your sold items and you can charge whatever you want rather than the combine total that ebay automatically calculates it to be.

Yes you are correct when they are on a laptop or PC but not a phone app  it has no button for that  except I guess if you change the setting to classic setting it might.  That I have not tried yet.

Why has eBay not fixed this by now? It's really creating a headache for something so simple. eBay app sucks and their support on this matter is even worse.

Replying to an old thread - but its been 18 months and this is not fixed as far as I can find out- I'm tired of angry customers blaming this ebay issue on me.
