How to add photos to send seller

I am having the same issue, I was on the phone with Apple support for 1.5 hours. We tried everything and he suggested to get a hold of someone at eBay. I have access to photos if I’m selling something but not if I’m trying to contact a seller and send them a photo

I’m having the same issue. I thought I was the only one having this problem and I kept checking my settings but guess it’s the app issue.
