Im a bit confused. I looked at your feedback and it looks like you sold some items (with some mixed feedback.) I don't know exactly why you would not be able to. If you sold items here then it's not a verification problem....I would guess the feedback has something to do with it. Perhaps a buyer reported you and ebay restricted you?
My one question to you is in your messages, did ebay let you know about any changes to your seller account?
