Hi I have been having problem with the refund with the orders i have been canceling. When I cancel an order it automatically deducts the amount out of my PayPal. But the customers are not getting there money back and customers are starting to ask about their refund. Can you please help.

Silly question, but is there enough in your PayPal account to cover all the refunds?
